1. What do I get with a Dealer Solutions website?

Simply put, you get a professionally designed, automatically updated website to provide detailed information about your inventory and your dealership.  Click on Website Features for more detail.

2. How does my inventory get updated?

To update the inventory on your website, simply stock in vehicles as you normally would.  Dealer Solutions Software comes with a special upload program that sends updates to your website every hour.  This includes information changes, picture changes, price changes, anything you change about that car in your software.  To delete a car, all you have to do is sell it!  You can also make real time changes to your website by forcing an update.

3. Why do I need a dealership website?

This business has changed to the point where if you're not marketing online, you're missing out on a huge part of your target market.  Statistics show that more than 70% of consumers start searching online for their next vehicle.  If you don't have an internet presence, you're going to be overlooked.  In addition, a website designed personally for your dealership allows you to tell your story to potential customers and keep them looking at only your vehicles.

4. What extra expenses are there for this website?

There are NO extra expenses.  Everything described on the Website Features page is included in your Dealer Solutions Software Suite.  It almost makes the software pay for itself!

5. How long is the contract for maintaining the website?

There is no contract.  We maintain the website for as long as you remain a Dealer Solutions Software customer.

6. Who owns the domain name that we use?

You own the domain name.  We will purchase and maintain a domain name for you if you don't already have one but you will always be the owner of the name.

WARNING:  There are website companies out there that do not specify this and will remain owner of your website domain even if you cancel service with them.  Make sure you know up front before you enter in to an agreement!

7. Do I have to use a website through you?

No.  We include a website in your Software Suite because it saves you money, requires no maintenance, and eliminates the need for double-entry.  If you already have a website you are satisfied with and want to continue using, we may be able to set up an inventory feed to them.  Please contact us at 1.866.644.7258 for more details.
